What is the minimum number of guests you will cook for?
We have a minimum charge of 50 guests at all events.
What is the best way to contact us if you have any questions?
If you have any questions, please call or email us. If we are unavailable, please be sure to leave a message with your phone number and/or email address and we will return your call.
How far in advance do I need to book my event?
We would like to have a weeks notice for most orders, however in the case of an unanticipated event, we do our best to respond quickly. Please keep in mind that we sometimes book up for a particular date and must stop taking orders. We always recommend reserving your date as soon as you decide to use us as a caterer.
What do I need to provide the day I book my event?

We would like to know the estimated number of guests that will be attending your event (a final head count will be requested 5 days prior to the event). The date and place your event will be held, the time you would like your meal served, and the meal you would like served. If you are unable to decide on the meal at the time of booking, you may call at a later date with that information.

 
 
 
 
 

What can I expect the day of my event?

Setup-Outdoors

Depending on the meal you choose we generally arrive at your event 2-3 hours prior to your serve time in order to cook & prepare your food. We will serve for one hour, or as long as it takes to provide your guests with their meal. You will be given an invoice for the balance due which is payable the day of your event.
